Product Introduction
Product Introduction
ODS, oxide-dispersion-strengthened steel, is fabricated via high-energy mechanical alloying and powder metallurgy. It features uniformly dispersed 2–20 nm nanoscale rare-earth oxide particles—predominantly Y₂O₃-derived phases—within a ferritic or ferritic‑martensitic matrix. By pinning dislocations and grain boundaries at the nanoscale, these oxides endow the material with exceptional creep resistance at ultrahigh temperatures, robust resistance to neutron irradiation, and superior oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures—properties unattainable in conventional stainless and heat‑resistant steels.

Application areas
Aerospace
1. Combustion chamber liners, nozzles, and flameholders for scramjet engines;
2. Thermal protection and high-temperature exhaust nozzle structures for hypersonic vehicles;
Advantages: Its density is only 80% that of nickel-based alloys, it exhibits superior creep strength above 1,000°C, and it reduces weight while enhancing performance.
Thermal Power/Gas Turbine High-Temperature Equipment
1. Tube materials for the superheater and reheater of advanced ultra-supercritical power plant boilers operating at 700°C;
2. Industrial gas turbine combustors, honeycomb seals, and high-temperature guide vane supports;
3. Radiation tubes for high-temperature industrial furnaces and heat-treatment fixtures.
Specialized high-temperature chemical and metallurgical equipment
1. Pipelines for transporting high-temperature molten metals (sodium, lead, bismuth) and crucible linings;
2. Reactor components operating under high-temperature oxidation and sulfidation corrosion conditions;
