Company Overview
Asia Materials is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, sales of spherical micro- and nano-metallic powder materials, as well as additive manufacturing technical services for copper alloys. The company adheres to independent development, with atomization powder-making technology at its core, mastering multiple processes including electrode induction gas atomization, vacuum induction gas atomization, plasma ultrasonic atomization, and metal vapor deposition. With the development of spherical powder products as its primary goal, it assists customers in deepening their applications across fields such as 3D printing, hot isostatic pressing, laser cladding, injection molding, and cold spraying. Leveraging its profound industry experience and robust technical capabilities, Asia Materials has developed a wide range of spherical powder products, including conventional pure copper, high-conductivity pure copper, red-light pure copper, micro‑ and nano‑copper powders, CuCr25~50, CuCrNb‑42/84, CuCr1Zr, W‑Cu, Cu15Ni8Sn, CuZr10, CuNi30, and Cu‑B, thereby meeting the demanding service requirements of aerospace, underwater equipment, nuclear industries, and other extreme environments, and breaking the technological monopoly on numerous high‑quality copper alloy powders.
Main Product Overview
01 Copper powder
Asia Materials has launched several grades of pure copper powder, including standard T2 pure copper, Cu-HC (high electrical/thermal conductivity, high ductility; SLM‑state thermal conductivity of 420 W/(m·K)), Cu-R01 (infrared laser absorptivity ≥35%, capable of forming at 150–350 W), Cu-ODS (printing‑state electrical conductivity of 80% IACS, with a strength of 524 MPa), and ultrafine Cu powder (D50 = 3 μm or D50 = 5 μm).

02 CuCrZr powder
CuCrZr is a high-performance chromium–zirconium copper alloy that achieves a balanced combination of high strength, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, superior wear resistance, and outstanding resistance to softening at elevated temperatures by incorporating elements such as chromium (Cr) and zirconium (Zr) into the copper matrix. It is in great demand across industries including aerospace, nuclear energy, electronics and electrical equipment, industrial tooling, and new energy.

03 CuCrNb-42/84 powder
CuCrNb-42, which combines high thermal conductivity with high-temperature strength, is a key heat-conducting material for the combustion chamber liners of next-generation aerospace engines and can be fabricated via SLM+HIP or direct HIP forming. Asia Materials is the first domestic company to produce alloy powders with both composition and uniformity meeting stringent standards by combining powder metallurgy with atomization-based powder production.

04 CuCr (25–50%) powder
Copper-chromium (CuCr) contact materials boast strong breaking capacity, excellent arc‑erosion resistance, and low current‑limiting levels, making them widely used in vacuum circuit breakers and vacuum contactors rated at 126 kV and below. Asia Materials has launched a high‑uniformity CuCr (25–50%) spherical powder, designed to provide an ideal raw material for copper‑chromium alloys in emerging processes such as 3D printing, hot pressing, and hot isostatic pressing, thereby redefining the preparation of copper‑chromium materials through new powder metallurgy approaches.

05 Cu15Ni8Sn powder
Cu15Ni8Sn powder is a high-performance copper–nickel–tin alloy powder, primarily used in powder metallurgy to produce high-strength, wear-resistant components. It serves as an environmentally friendly alternative to beryllium bronze. After compaction, sintering, and heat treatment, this material attains exceptionally high hardness and strength while maintaining excellent electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, making it particularly well suited for manufacturing precision electronic components and wear‑resistant parts.
